Your Inventory
Your character carries items in a personal inventory with a limited number of slots. Each unique item type takes one slot, and items stack up to a defined maximum per slot. Your inventory size expands as you progress:

Upgrade your bag as soon as you can craft Medium Bag — the jump from 12 to 20 slots dramatically reduces how often you need to return to your plot to offload items during mining or fishing runs.
Storage Chests on Your Plot
Craft Storage Chests and place them on your homeplot to expand your total storage. There is no limit to how many chests you can place. Each chest type offers different capacity:

The Shipping Bin
The Shipping Bin is not storage — it's a sell mechanism. Items placed in it are sold overnight at the daily reset and converted to gold. Don't confuse it with a chest. Never put items you want to keep in the shipping bin.
Organisation Tips
- Dedicate chests by category. One chest for ores, one for wood, one for crafted items, one for gifts. Label them mentally or arrange them visually in your plot.
- Keep a gifts chest. As you forage and fish, put loved gifts straight into a dedicated chest. You'll always know where they are on gifting day.
- Harvest into chests directly. If your crafting station is near your storage, you can move crops from the garden to a chest quickly without filling your inventory.
- Don't hoard basic ore. Process copper and iron into bars, sell the bars. Only stockpile rare ore (Palium, Flow-Infused).
- Seasonal rotation. Move seasonal seeds to the front of your chest when their season starts; move them out when it ends to avoid confusion.
Item Stack Limits
Most items stack to 999 per slot. Notable exceptions:
- Tools — don't stack (one per slot)
- Furniture — stacks to 10 per slot
- Legendary fish — stacks to 20 per slot
- Rare seeds — stacks to 50 per slot
